Increasing my blog's traffic.

Three Ways To Increase Traffic To Room 11 Blog

I have seen and learnt 3 new ways to increase more views on my blog.

  1.  Use things like subheadings, bullets and numbered lists.
  2. Promote my blog in my email signature.
  3. Have easy to use videos and links to interesting news and items by making the links picture form.

R11/12 sings Moana's theme song

Enjoy our class singing the theme song from Moana.

Mr Reid.

Today at our assembly every class performed an item about the pacific islands. Room 1 performed a Samoan Sasa and Room 5 sang a lovely Samoan song called 'Le Aute'. After that it was time for Room 6 to perform their item, I really liked room 6's performance because they performed a Samoan and Tongan item. Then it was finally our turn, we performed a song called 'How Far I'll Go' by Auli'i Cravalho and we were AWESOME!!!! By Julianne

On Friday afternoons Room 12 group 1 and 2 did art. For art we drew tapa cloths on paper based on our learning about "The Pacific Study". We used colors and pencils to draw Tongan or Samoan patterns and many island pattern. The patterns I drew was a flower and a traditional Tongan pattern. I used a black pencil to darken the outline and used a pencil to shade the inside of the flower.

Duffy Role Model Assembly With Robbie Rakete.

Today we were very lucky to have Robbie Rakete as our Duffy Role Model.
He is a star of stage and screen and helped MaiFM when they first started out.
(Alexandra looks happy!)
Our students were proud to get their books from Robbie. Did you know he was the brown wiggle from the wiggles? (A great children's show by the way.)
(Pleased to have their new Duffy books.)
(Our friend Henry taking photos of Robbie and the
students receiving their Duffy books.)
